The Colonnade Boston Hotel is home to Boston's most authentic brasserie, Brasserie JO. Under the culinary direction of world-renowned Chef Jean Joho, owner of the acclaimed Everest and the Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas, Brasserie JO has the style and cuisine of classic brasseries throughout France.
Brasserie JO has three main spaces: a French bar, a main dining area with a 1940s look, and a unique "Winter Garden." In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant offers a late-night menu until midnight and serves brunch on weekends. Reservations are highly recommended but not required. Hotel guests can ask The Colonnade's 24-hour concierge service to handle their reservations. Valet Parking is offered Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00pm-10:00pm.
